Data controller
Alboran Tax Partners SLP, CIF B-87654321, registered office Paseo de la Castellana 15, 28046 Madrid, Spain (“Alboran”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller of personal information you provide through this website and during the course of any engagement.
What we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, telephone, nationality, residency status — provided when you submit an enquiry.
- Engagement data: the financial, tax-residency, and personal information you provide for us to advise you, once an engagement is opened.
- Technical data: anonymous traffic statistics (page views, referrer, device class) via a privacy-respecting analytics tool. No third-party tracking cookies are set.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of (a) your consent, where you have submitted an enquiry; (b) contractual necessity, once an engagement letter is signed; and (c) legal obligation, where Spanish tax legislation requires us to retain certain records.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for 24 months after your last contact with us, unless an engagement is opened, in which case retention is governed by the engagement letter and Spanish statutory record-keeping rules (currently six years for tax matters).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, in line with the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Ley Orgánica 3/2018). To exercise any of these rights, write to privacidad@alborantax.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Cookies
This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies (session, CSRF token). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set. Analytics is provided via an anonymous, IP-truncated tool that does not require consent under current AEPD guidance.
