Services

Four practice areas, executed at the operating level.

Each engagement is led by one of our partners — never by a junior who hands the work off. Each engagement carries a fixed scope and a fixed fee. We coordinate with your advisers in your home jurisdiction so that your exposure on both sides is managed from one room.

01

Beckham Law optimisation

The Special Expat Tax Regime ("Beckham Law") allows qualifying inbound expats to pay a flat 24% on Spanish-source income up to €600,000 — for up to six years. The application window is six months from establishing tax residency. Miss it and you cannot apply later.

What is included

  • Eligibility assessment against the most recent legal commentary
  • Modelo 149 application filed inside the 6-month window
  • Annual modelo 151 filings for the duration of the regime
  • Coordination with your home-jurisdiction adviser to avoid treaty conflicts
  • Exit planning before the 6-year window closes

02

US dual-filing (FATCA & FBAR)

American citizens and green-card holders remain US-tax-liable on worldwide income, regardless of where they live. We coordinate Spanish modelo 100 / 720 / 720 with the IRS 1040, FBAR (FinCEN 114), and Form 8938 — and we read the US-Spain totalisation agreement carefully so social security is not paid twice.

What is included

  • Annual filing pack for both jurisdictions on a single timeline
  • Modelo 720 (foreign asset declaration) — high-penalty form, treated with care
  • FBAR + Form 8938 with full bank-account discovery
  • Foreign Earned Income Exclusion vs Foreign Tax Credit modelling for your situation
  • Year-end planning meeting before December close

03

UK pensions & wealth transfer

The UK-Spain double-taxation treaty is precise but unforgiving. We help British residents in Spain manage QROPS, SIPP, ISA, and inheritance-tax exposure on both sides — coordinating with your UK adviser so neither country has reason to question the structure.

What is included

  • Pension-transfer modelling (QROPS vs leaving in UK)
  • ISA reporting under Spanish capital-gains rules
  • Inheritance & gift tax planning across both jurisdictions
  • UK domicile review and treaty-position documentation
  • Joint working sessions with your UK financial planner

04

Autónomo & digital nomad

Whether you are setting up as a freelancer (autónomo) or applying under the new Digital Nomad Visa, Spain's self-employed regime requires monthly cuotas, quarterly VAT, and a calendar that does not forgive missed deadlines. We run the calendar and you keep your time.

What is included

  • Autónomo registration with Hacienda and Seguridad Social
  • Digital Nomad Visa eligibility & filing support
  • Quarterly VAT (modelo 303) and annual income (modelo 130/100)
  • Cuotas calendar with reminders ahead of deadlines
  • Year-end review and tariff-tier optimisation
